I have this kit however it does not come with everything needed to carry out the full Assay Protocol. This is a set back because then I had to make sure that I had access to everything I need. I am currently confused by "computer software" listed on needed but not provided. There is no other explanation of what this software is. Then I took a different a approached and looked at where in the procedure I will use this software. At this moment it is still not clear to me what software I need and where to get it.
